Jerry grew up on a crop and dairy farm near Wells, Minnesota and was involved in 4-H, FFA, band, church and tennis throughout High School. Jerry managed the family farm for 18 years before trading the milking parlor for a radio studio.
Jerry the Farmer graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota in 1977, and holds a Degree in Agricultural Education.
Besides attending every farm related event in South Central Minnesota, Jerry stops in and visits with his family occasionally... our thanks to his wife of 23 years, Louise, and children Laure and Stephen for sharing Jer with us!
