DataPower integration with WAS
The console contains an administration interface to manage multiple DataPower boxes
The appliance manager interface can
- Configure a DataPower appliance and monitor operation and synchronization status.
- Add a new firmware version, view existing firmware versions, or delete a firmware version.
- Configure a managed set, which is a group of appliances whose firmware, shareable appliance settings, and managed domains are all kept synchronized.
- View the status of a task. A DataPower task is a long-running request that we have asked the DataPower appliance manager to process.
DataPower appliance manager of WAS V7.0 can be used to manage DataPower appliances with a V3.6.0.4 or higher level of firmware.
